Owner / All Point Consulting, LLC.  - Mr. Robbins retired following a 27 year career as a law enforcement officer with the State of New Jersey in 2013. During that period, he functioned as a uniformed officer prior to promotion into the Special Investigations Division. As a Senior Investigator, he developed his investigative approach in one of the most challenging areas of Law Enforcement being that of an Internal Affairs Investigator. Following that assignment, Mr. Robbins was attached to the Statewide Intelligence Center as a Street Gang Investigator based on his uniformed experiences and eventually promoted through the ranks to command intelligence operations statewide for the NJDOC. He has conducted a myriad of investigations during his career including but not limited to theft, assaults, criminal street gangs, suicides, homicides, and official corruption. He has also been certified by the Superior Court of New Jersey as an expert witness in part due to his interactions with street gangs, and is well versed as an Intelligence Center Commander on a statewide level functioning as a partner agency task force Investigator with the New Jersey State Police Street Gang Unit. Following the terrorist attacks on the United States in 2001, Mr. Robbins was recruited for assignment as a task force officer with the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), Federal Bureau of Investigation where he continued to work with multiple agencies acquiring the necessary clearances to perform his functions in that capacity. Mr. Robbins has functioned as a police trainer and firearms instructor, developed expertise in the areas of street gang awareness, suppression and identification, as well as counter terrorism operations, and lesson plan preparation where he regularly trained police academy classes in New Jersey. Mr. Robbins founded All Point Consulting, LLC. a licensed private detective agency and expert consultant business. Since his retirement, Mr. Robbins has successfully provided expert opinion to various law firms in civil litigation as it related to correctional oversight, law enforcement practices, policies and procedures and management failures. He is recognized nationally for his assistance in correctional matters with multiple firms.
